RETURN & EXCHANGE

We will accept Return or Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

·       Return or size exchange should be initiated within 10 days of delivery of the Item;

·       It is the first time you are returning the order for size/design/colour change, we don't return twice unless it is quality issue.

·       The tags and labels on the item should be intact;

·       The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.

·       The Product is returned along with the original packaging.   

How it will get replaced/return?

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

If you have size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 10 days of delivery. For all exchanges and returns please email our customer care executive at support@anyattire.com along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. We can help you in exchanging the original order with new one of same value.

 Refunds:

                     We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at support@anyattire.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.  In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then WYO will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.

Please note the applicable shipping or COD charges shall not be refunded to you in any circumstances.

Self Ship:

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
